Flights

• Please make sure to book your ticket directly to Kahului Airport, Maui (OGG), not Honolulu (HNL).

• From New York, there are direct flights available to Maui, but in most cases you will fly into Honolulu (HNL) first and then take a short 45-minute connecting flight to Maui.

• Hawaii is made up of several islands. Honolulu is on the main island of Oahu, while Maui is the second largest and one of the most beautiful islands in the United States. We truly believe the journey will be worth it when you see the unforgettable landscapes of Maui.

Time Difference

• Hawaii is +6 hours behind New York and +19 hours behind Korea.

• For example, 10:00 AM in Hawaii is 4:00 PM in New York and 5:00 AM the next day in Korea.

• Please keep this in mind when planning your arrival and return flights.

Entry Requirements

• U.S. customs regulations are very strict. Please do not bring food items or more than $10,000 in cash.

• All travelers entering the U.S. with a Korean passport must apply for ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) in advance (green card holders and U.S. citizens are exempt).

Weather & Packing

• November marks the beginning of winter in Maui, with average temperatures around 75°F (24°C).

• Evenings can be cool, so please bring a light jacket or wrap.

Health & Jet Lag

• To help with jet lag and travel fatigue, we will have melatonin, digestive medicine, cold medicine, and other essentials prepared. Please let us know if you need any.

Dress Code

• Men: Suit or tuxedo (please avoid white).

• Women: Cocktail or party dress in light pastel colors.
